The rules concerning purchasing the goods:
The rules concerning purchasing the goods in our Internet shop are defined by the condition of the purchase, which are described below. Placing the order is tantamount to accepting the conditions of the purchase. The firm JAN-DAR II running the shop maintains the right to change the rules, which would be valid from the moment of placing them on our website.
The conditions if the purchase:
1. The owner of the shop is P.P.H.U. Jan-Dar II s.c. Piłsudski Street 46, 42-300 Myszków.
2. The offer made here is recognized in Poland.
3. Each customers having an e-mail box will be informed about the order he’s made by electronic mail.
4. If there is a lack of goods in stock the customer will be informed about it.
5. The ordered goods will be delivered by post cash on delivery.
6. There is also a possibility to order will be fulfilled after paying the appropriate sum of money into the account of our firm: BRE Bank S.A. WBE mBank 71 1140 2002 0000 3002 3121 8470.
7. The customer pays for the ordered goods on delivery.
8. The customer has aright to give back the ordered goods within 14 days of receiving the goods.
In that case please send the goods to our firm’s address ( the cost have to be covered by the customer).The customer receives a receipt together with the parcel. The receipt has to be given back when you decide to give back the ordered goods. To have your money back you must also send a statement of reigning from the ordered goods. Send it to address: jandar@pluszaki.com.pl write the word resignation, the number of your order and the reasons for your resignation. The refund will be paid within 14 days of receiving your resignation on the customer’s address or his bank account.
9. The customer has a right to check the contents of the parcel after receiving it.
Delivery of the goods.
The ordered goods are delivered to a given place by means of:
1. Post Poland – the cost of delivering the parcel depends on its weight. The parcel will be delivered after 4 working days.
2. The Delivery firm –SIÓDEMKA or STOLICA –the cost of the delivery will be given. It’s received the next day after sending it.
Waiting for the ordered
Waiting for the ordered goods to be delivered is the least exciting part of doing shopping by the Internet, that is why. Most the ordered goods will be delivered within 3 days (in unsuitable conditions within 14 days). As you can see the length of awaiting has been reduced to minimum because we produce most of the toys ourselves.
You may decide about the length of delivery yourself:
a. Post Poland - about 4 working days (law cost of delivery)
b. Delivery firm Stolica (Servisco) – 24 hours ( higher cost of delivery)
So:
Awaiting the delivery=fulfilling the order +delivering it.
Orders
1. To place the order you have to fill in the order form correctly (it’s on our website).
2. Our firm maintains a right to refuse to make the order if we are in doubt some data: e.g. no e-mail, phone number, address given.
3. You may place the orders around the clock in our Internet shop.
Prices
1. All offered prices are gross.
2. All the prices may encourage you to put forward offers according to Article 71 of Civil low and they are not the offer themselves according to Article 66 passage 1 of Civil low.
3. The prices may go up or down ( it’s connected with the exchange rate). If the price of the ordered goods varies because of this the customer will be infirmed about it and may cancel the order by sending an-email writing “resignation” & giving the number of the order form.
4. Our firm will try our best to guarantee stable prices.
Guarantee
1. Each article presented in our shop is under guarantee.
2. If you receive faulty brokers down goods we guarantee the exchange of the goods on conditional that it’s reported to us within 14 working days of receiving the parcel.
3. If the goods were destroyed or damaged at customer’s fault he would have to cover all the costs.
4. The customer has a right to give back damaged goods. In that case please send the goods back to our address. The cost of delivery of the parcel are covered by the customer. To obtain the refund the customer has to send a statement about resigning from the goods to address jandar@pluszaki.com.pl, write the headline. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your statement about the return (and receiving the goods) to a given address or number of the bank account.
Final rulings
1. If you want to purchase goods on your company’s behalf send information to the address jandar@pluszaki.com.pl, write the headline “invoice” and give all the information necessary to prepare the invoice (write the number of the order too). All the necessary information has to be sent to us within 24 hours of placing the order. You will receive the invoice with the parcel. Please send us a signed copy of the invoice.
2. We commit ourselves to the protection of personal details according to the Art about the protection of personal detail's brought in on 29 August 1997. In this connection we enable our customers to update their personal details and put in a demand for not using them.
